Request admin approval a single time#1226

Currently if we deny Medal from gaining admin rights (usually due to a game running as admin) it will continuously ask for admin right if it is denied. Medal should ask a single time per game instance and instead have an option in the medal window to request again.

Currently it just keeps spamming when I’d rather just not record the game.
