Delete old session recordings to save space#116

Now that medal has full session recording, if you leave it on it fills up your hard drive quickly, and the only way to deal with it is to regularly go through and manually delete old recordings. It would be great to have an option that lets you allocate a specific amount of hard drive space, and auto-deletes the oldest session recordings to keep the total space used under that limit. Ideally, this would be separate from local clip storage so clips dont get deleted.
