Revert 'Library' tab back to old UI#1029

The new UI has merged your profile and the library tab which ended up making it confusing to navigate.

The old tabs at the top with ‘All Videos / Uploaded / Local / Full Sessions / ICYMI’ were much clearer than having to select category through the filter drop down.
