More recording length options#1006

After 2 minutes, instead of moving straight to 5 minutes, add 3/4 minutes too (Maybe between 5 to 10 aswell). This will help people who play certain FPS games to record rounds better instead of going for the more power hungry 5 minute option.

@Brandon in the spirit of this: I’ve found the sweet spot for clips to be 20 seconds, which doesn’t exist as an option. How come anyway?

Because of this I gotta set it to 30 seconds and have usually around 10-15 seconds “fluff” that I’ve got to manually remove, makes it boring for viewers on medalTV and claims more disk space for no good reason.

Could we not have something like 2 range fields (seconds, minutes), so we can freely compose our own clipping intervals?

At the very least I would be real happy if there was a static option for 20 seconds LOL but my other suggestion probably solves this issue more broadly and for way more users.
